We are based in York and Lancaster, PA, and deliver regular in-person engagements throughout Central Pennsylvania and Northern Maryland. We also work with clients across the United States and internationally.
Fractional leadership is when an experienced executive (CEO, COO, President) works with your organization on a part-time or project basis — providing senior-level strategic direction, operational oversight, or interim leadership without the cost of a full-time hire. It's ideal for startups scaling up, companies in transition, or organizations that need C-suite expertise for a defined period. We offer fractional CEO, COO, and President support tailored to your needs.
We often come into your organization to lead strategic planning: many engagements take place over a focused one- or two-day period with your leadership team on-site. We also design and facilitate company retreats and summits built around strategic planning — when you need space away from the day-to-day to align on vision, priorities, and execution. Typical work includes discovery, clarity on vision and goals, identification of key objectives and initiatives, and a practical roadmap for execution. We don't deliver a binder and walk away — we work alongside you to ensure the plan is actionable and aligned with your reality. Engagements can also extend into an ongoing advisory relationship. The format depends on your stage, team size, and goals.
